After an announcement from our governing body earlier, we are super pleased to say we are back open from Monday June 12th 2020 for routine Osteopathy appointments! 😀

We have made a few changes to how we run things at our clinics to ensure excellent hygiene and safety standards, whilst maintaining the quality of service we provide. We are happy to say that we feel that we have gone above and beyond with our protocols in minimising risk of COVID-19 and are excited to welcome you all back and helping your aches and pains!

Please note below the changes in both clinics for the time being. This will change and be updated as and when we get guidance off both the government and our governing body:

*For the time being we are running on a telephone service only, with no online booking. This is so we can ensure safe spacing between appointments and allowing time for cleaning. Online booking will resume as soon as we feel is safe.
For appointments in both clinics, please call 01792 204012 or DM us.

*All patients will be screened before appointments for any COVID symptoms.

*All surfaces in the clinic are cleaned between appointments. Additional time is also added between appointments to air the treatment rooms.

*All practitioners will be in PPE for the duration of your appointment. This is to protect both parties.

*All linen has been removed from clinic and couches will have wipable covers on. With this in mind, please wear suitable clothes to treatment as no towels will be used. A vest top and shorts can be brought to be changed into for example.

*Payments will be made via the Fresha app or card (we have a £45 limit on contactless card payments for the moment). We will be able to take cash but are trying to minimise this where possible.

*To minimise contact and maintain social distancing, patients need to come to appointments alone, unless usually chaperoned.

*We advise patients to bring their own face mask or face covering to wear. We can supply masks at additional cost of £1 but discourage patients from doing this as protective equipment is in limited supply.

*We require all patients to use hand sanitiser pre and post treatment.

*We request that all patients arrive at the time of their appointment or to wait in their car if they arrive early. This will minimise any crossover.

We understand that this is a lot of change and would ask you to bare with us whilst we are getting used to the changes ourselves! It is an ever-evolving situation and we will update you when we can.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call – we are here to help and support you through these strange times! 😀

See you all soon!!
