Why Clinical Pilates?
All sessions are overseen by a registered osteopath so you know you are in safe hands! Osteopath’s have a minimum of 4 years training and Sian has combined her sporting, fitness and clinical background with her APPI training, to create movement rehabilitation with strength & conditioning.
An initial assessment is undertaken prior to starting any 1:1 sessions. This is to ensure you are aware of the basic Pilates principles, movements and are safe to continue into your program.
All our small group classes are run by experienced Pilates instructors or registered Osteopaths.
“Change happens through movement, and movement heals”
