Why Clinical Pilates?
An initial assessment is undertaken prior to starting any 1:1 sessions. This is to ensure you are aware of the basic Pilates principles, movements and are safe to continue into your program.
All our small group classes are run by experienced Pilates instructors or registered Osteopaths.

Who is it suitable for?
1:1 sessions can help you get the most out of your sport, keep your back pain at bay and improve movement.
Our sessions can help with:
- Long term back or neck problems – from chronic back pain to scoliosis
- Pre & Post-natal – for mum’s to be and anyone more than 6 weeks post natal
- Sport specific strength and conditioning – for any sports person no matter where in your season you are!
- Balance and agility

Initial assessment & program £40 (must be undertaken before any 1:1 sessions can start).
